The property is within a 1 mile walk of Wonwell Beach and the unspoilt Erme estuary situated on the edge of the Flete Estate. There are lovely walks along the coast path enjoying unspoilt views of Burgh Island and at low tide the coast path crosses the Erme and you can enjoy equally scenic walks in the Newton Ferrers direction. Wonwell Beach is sheltered and has fantastic sunsets (even in the winter) and is great for an afternoon or evening picnic. It is also lovely for canoeing or paddle boarding in the Estuary.
